The Portobello di Gallura Residential Park is a one-off in the landscape of Sardinian tourism, a cultural and self-regulatory project, created from the desire to preserve the territory by building houses that were perfectly integrated into the coastal landscape.
Starting from these building blocks, and aware, of the responsibility in relation to a place that must be protected and fully understood before design commences. The new wellness biophilic projects are conceived by a team of carefully selected architects, planners, technicians, and designers. Sustainable Villas Integrated Into Nature
The Villa As An Organism
Each individual villa is designed to be a private, intimate oasis. The design of the landscape and the in-depth research into the intrinsic formation of the land is fundamental to the project. Supporting, respecting, and enhancing the morphology of the place, guarantees privacy and tranquillity. Creating a sense of truly being on one’s own personal island.
Plants are naturally organic, and this flexibility and independence accentuate the sense of openness and freedom. The villas include a central living area with a living room and dining room that lead directly outside towards the sea. Thus creating, the perfect “inside-outside” balance and an outdoor environment that is a continuation of the interior. This architectural approach ensures superb views and maximum enjoyment of a large dedicated outdoor space which comprises extensive outdoor living and dining areas, verandas at the front and back of the house, an outdoor kitchen, and an integrated natural swimming pool.

Villa Euforbia
The tour of Villa Euforbia begins in the heart of the property: the spacious and very bright living room. This space, bordered by full-height sliding glass walls, connects the two fronts of the villa.
The one directly facing the beach, and the back, a natural interior courtyard equipped with a swimming pool (over 60 square meters) that ensures maximum livability of outdoor spaces at any
time of year and in any climate.
The innovative Villa Horizon is still fully customizable: it is designed to make the most of its scenic and dominant position, with an extraordinary 180-degree view.
Villa Horizon is on two levels with a living area of about 250 square meters. On the upper floor, the large and bright living room enjoys extraordinary views of the entire Portobello amphitheater.

Villa Riva is a unique proposition: a total waterfront location, on two fronts gives the feeling of living on water’s edge. The two bordering beaches become an integral part of the outdoor spaces without affecting privacy: the expertly shaped forms in nature and the dense vegetation protect the property and privacy, providing a screen from the sea breeze.
